1. Discounted Vaccination Rates

Registering your horse on our Vaccine Register locks in special reduced pricing for all qualifying vaccinations carried out through 31st December 2027:

• Equip (Flu only): £36.00 inc. VAT
• Equip T (Flu & Tetanus): £41.50 inc. VAT

Early Settlement Savings: Extra 10% Credit if paid within the normal terms of business.

2. 50% off Your Visit Fee (Forward Planner Visit)

Enjoy a 50% discount on the visit fee when booking your vaccination appointment with the Forward Planner Visit Scheme.

If an appointment cannot be scheduled on a Forward Planner Day, standard visit fees will apply.

3. Shared Visit Fees for Yards

If multiple horses at the same yard are booked for vaccinations during the same visit, the visit fee (whether standard or 50% discounted) can be shared among the owners.

4. Complimentary Worm Egg Count

Every horse vaccinated by 31st December 2026 will receive one free Worm Egg Count (WEC) kit to be used before 31st December 2026, which our vet will provide during your vaccination visit.

How to Register & Key Information

• Registration Deadline: Horses must be registered on or before 31st December 2026 to qualify for these special rates.
• No Limits: You can register as many horses as you wish, and there is no limit on the number of qualifying vaccinations booked during the scheme period.
• Vaccination Due Dates: When registering, owners provide the horse's details and next vaccination due date. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation via email or text displaying your registered details and recorded due date.
• Managing Due Dates: To prevent vaccinations from falling overdue, please ensure you contact our reception team at least 2 weeks before your registered due date to schedule your appointment. Owners retain overall responsibility for tracking due dates and booking appointments on time.
